This application is for students that have completed academic work at a prior institution and wish to exempt themselves from completion of a portion of a degree offered by a Woolf college.
We need to see evidence from an accredited higher education institution or similar evidence.
Instructions
1. Add evidence of previously attempted degree(s) including official transcripts and certificates.
2. If your prior institution was accredited, please provide a page with a link to the actual program you completed, including course lists and descriptions, or if you have syllabi, include these.
3. If your prior institution was not accredited, we will almost certainly require (in addition to #2 above) actual examples of work, including final exams or projects; please include these if available.
4. Add your CV or Résumé.
5. Combine all materials into a single PDF. You can only submit one (1) file.
